Common questions
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Monthly agreements can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No penalties, no buyout clauses. If we're not delivering, you should be free to leave.
What insurance do you carry?
$5 million liability insurance and full WorkSafeBC coverage. We provide certificates upon request — most strata managers want these on file before any work begins.
What kind of reports do we get?
After every visit or job: a summary of work completed, photos, any issues found, and recommendations. Formatted so you can drop it into your AGM package or share with council.
Can you attend council meetings?
Yes. We can present maintenance reports, answer questions, and discuss upcoming work. Just let us know the date.
What areas do you cover?
Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Langford, Colwood, and Sidney. If you're outside these areas, call us anyway — we'll let you know.
What if we just need one job done?
That's fine. Call us, we'll come out at $107/hr. You still get a report. No pressure to sign up for anything ongoing.
How do emergencies work?
Call us. If it's a burst pipe at 2am or a broken entrance lock, call the same number. We handle building emergencies for our agreement clients and on an ad-hoc basis.
